About the Reorder PDF Pages

Pages end up in the wrong order for boring, common reasons. A document feeder pulls a stack from the bottom and produces a PDF that reads backwards. Someone merges two files and the appendix lands before the summary. A signed page gets scanned last and needs to sit at the front.

The order field takes the sequence you want as a list of page numbers, so 3, 1, 2, 4 puts the third page first and shifts the rest along behind it. Every page you list is included, in exactly the order you list it, which also means you can duplicate a page by naming it twice or drop one by leaving it out.

Rearranging happens at the page level, so nothing is re-rendered. Text stays selectable and searchable, images keep their resolution, and any digital form fields survive the move. The result is a new file with the same content in a different sequence, which is what you want for a document that has to be read or printed in order. Because it all runs in your browser, the file is never uploaded and there is no watermark or page limit.

Yes. List the page numbers from last to first and the document is rebuilt in that order.
Does reordering affect the content?
No. Pages are moved rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality.
