What this site is
TooleraAI is a set of 55 free web tools for the small jobs that come up constantly and have no business being difficult — merging a couple of PDFs, shrinking an image that is too large to email, generating a QR code, working out an EMI before a bank conversation, converting a WebP that some app refuses to open.
Every one of them is free, requires no account, and works immediately. There is no upload progress bar, no “check your email for the download link”, no watermark on the output, and no daily limit that appears once you rely on the thing.
Why browser-based matters
Most free online converters work by uploading your file to a server, processing it there, and giving you a link to the result. That means a copy of your document — a contract, a passport scan, a medical form, an unreleased design — sits on someone else’s infrastructure, governed by a retention policy you did not read and a security posture you cannot inspect.
Modern browsers can do that work locally. So ours do. The practical consequences are worth stating plainly:
- Nothing is transmitted. Your file is read into your device’s memory, processed, and handed back as a download.
- It is faster. No upload, no queue, no download of the result — the round trip that dominates most converters simply is not there.
- We do not store your processed files. We hold no copy of your work, so there is none to expose.
- Device limits still apply. You are limited by your own device, not by an upload cap.
Three tools are honest exceptions that involve someone else’s servers — Speech to Text, Text to Speech and the YouTube Thumbnail Downloader. We spell out exactly what happens in each case in our Privacy Policy rather than quietly rounding “most” up to “all”.

How it stays free
TooleraAI is supported by advertising and optional Pro purchases. Accounts, payment processing and support use server-side services; our Privacy Policy explains these separately from local file tools.
We try to keep the ads out of your way — never between a heading and the text it introduces, never on top of the button you came here to press, and always in a slot whose height is reserved in advance so the page does not jump under your cursor while it loads. If you ever find an ad on this site that breaks those rules, tell us and we will remove it.
Who builds it
TooleraAI is an independent project, not a venture-funded company with a growth target. It is built and maintained by a small team who got tired of the alternatives and decided the private, no-account version should exist.
