Using TooleraAI

These terms apply to use of tooleraai.com. Use the site only if you can enter an agreement under applicable law or have appropriate authorization. Free tools can be used without an account; purchases and account features require an account. You are responsible for accurate account details and protecting your credentials.

Tool inputs and output

You keep your rights to files and content processed with our tools. You must have permission to use that content. Most file operations run locally, while browser speech features and external media may contact third parties as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep backups: we cannot recover files we never receive.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, infringement, unauthorized access, disruption, or artificial ad impressions and clicks. Do not misrepresent TooleraAI as your own service or bypass security controls. We may restrict abusive use while respecting applicable rights.

Plans, payment and renewal

Prices, currencies, available benefits and purchase terms appear on the pricing page and checkout. Pro access is a fixed-term purchase for one calendar month or year; it does not renew automatically. Confirmed early renewals extend the current paid period. Razorpay processes payments.

Pro includes the benefits currently listed at checkout. Coming-soon tools are not available until released. Priority support means queue priority, not a guaranteed response time. See Refunds & Cancellations for payment problems and requests. Price changes apply to future orders, not already purchased access.

Availability and results

Tools and content are provided as available. We may maintain, update or discontinue features, subject to our obligations for paid services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output is suitable for your purpose. Verify calculations, converted files, generated codes and other important results before use.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer remedies, including rights relating to paid digital services. The service is not described as entirely free for the purpose of limiting paid customers' rights.

Third parties and intellectual property

Ads and external links do not constitute endorsements. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. TooleraAI branding, site design and original content remain the rights of their respective owners; using a tool does not transfer those rights. Contact support@tooleraai.com about suspected infringement.

International use and disputes

The service is operated from India. Indian law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or access to competent courts available where you live. Tool availability, payment methods and legal requirements can differ by country. Translations help users read the service; contact support if wording is unclear or inconsistent.
