How TooleraAI handles tool inputs, accounts, payments, support, analytics and advertising.

Who is responsible
TooleraAI operates tooleraai.com. Contact support@tooleraai.com for privacy questions or requests. This policy covers our website and services, including optional accounts and Pro access.
Files and tool inputs
Our image and PDF utilities, calculators and generators process their inputs on your device. We do not receive the files selected in those tools. Keep your original files and downloads: closing a tab does not delete downloads, browser caches or copies saved elsewhere on your device.
Speech to Text may send microphone audio to your browser vendor for transcription. Text to Speech may use a remote voice service. YouTube thumbnails load from YouTube image servers, which receive your network information and the requested image address. These services have their own privacy policies.
Do not put confidential information in support messages or public URLs. Account forms, checkout and support are network services, separate from local file processing.
Accounts, payments and support
When you register, we store your name, email, password hash, role and account dates. Google sign-in supplies an account identifier, name and email. Authentication uses cookies and security tokens. Resend delivers password-reset emails.
For Pro purchases, we store plan, currency, amount, order and payment identifiers, payment status and access dates. Razorpay processes checkout; your name and email may be passed to it. We do not store full card numbers, card security codes or payment OTPs.
Support tickets contain the contact details and messages you submit, ticket status and related account information. Your browser can remember ticket details so you can return to the conversation. Only send information necessary to resolve your request.
Usage data and service providers
With analytics permission, our page-view service records the page path, referring address, a randomly generated visitor identifier and a device category inferred from the browser user agent. This is pseudonymous usage information, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Google Analytics reports website usage. Microsoft Clarity can record interactions, heatmaps and session replays. We load these analytics services only after analytics permission. Do not include sensitive content in page URLs; optional analytics is excluded from account, authentication and legal pages.
Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and logs to deliver the site and investigate abuse. Account authentication, payment processing and support operate when you request those services, independently of analytics consent.
Advertising and your choices
We use Google AdSense for advertising. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Advertising partners may process IP addresses, device information and ad interactions. Eligible Pro accounts receive the ad-free experience described at checkout.
Where Google's consent message is available, use its Privacy and cookie settings control to review partners, purposes and advertising choices. The site's own cookie settings control optional analytics; it does not replace a certified advertising consent platform. Advertising consent defaults to denied until the configured consent platform supplies a choice.
You can also manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating vendors through YourAdChoices. Refusing personalization does not necessarily remove ads; available ad serving depends on consent, region and Google's settings.
Why we use information
We use information to provide requested accounts, tools, payments and support; maintain security; understand usage with permission; and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where a legal basis is required, this may be performance of a contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as securing the service, subject to your rights.
Automatic language selection
Your selected language takes priority. For new visits, we use your browser language or estimate your country from your IP address using a local DB-IP country database. This lookup does not send your IP address to a geolocation provider, store it separately or request precise location. Country estimates can be wrong, especially with a VPN; you can change the language at any time.
Sharing and international processing
Data is shared with the hosting, authentication, email, payment, analytics and advertising providers involved in the services you use, and where necessary to respond to lawful requests or protect the service. Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable safeguards and provider terms govern these transfers; choosing a website language does not change where data is processed.
Retention and security
We retain account information while needed to provide your account, and support or transaction records as needed for assistance, disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping. You can request deletion; some records may need to remain for those purposes. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every record or provider.
Local preferences and identifiers remain until cleared or replaced. Authentication cookies and reset tokens expire according to their configured lifetimes. Third-party retention depends on the provider and account settings. We use measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords and HttpOnly authentication cookies; no system is risk-free.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing. Contact support@tooleraai.com. We may verify your identity and will handle requests within the applicable legal timeframe.
Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side accounts or transaction records. Changing consent applies to future processing and does not reverse processing already performed. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not be used to discriminate against you.
Children and policy changes
The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. Local age and parental-consent rules may also apply.
We update this policy when the service or our practices change and show the revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request a new choice. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent to new optional tracking.
