Cookies and local storage
Cookies can accompany requests to a server. Local storage stays in your browser until site scripts read it or you clear it. Both can store preferences or identifiers. The categories below describe known storage; provider names and durations can change with configuration and browser behavior.
Account and requested-service storage
toolera_access and toolera_refresh are HttpOnly sign-in cookies, configured for 15 minutes and 7 days respectively and renewed during authentication. toolera_google_nonce protects Google sign-in and normally expires within 10 minutes. Logging out clears the account cookies.
toolora-theme remembers your appearance choice. toolora-consent records your analytics choice and its version. toolera-locale remembers the selected language, including a language suggested for a new visit. Preference storage persists until cleared or replaced, subject to any cookie expiry.
tooleraai_support_ticket stores details used to reopen your support conversation, including ticket and contact information. Remove site data on shared devices when you no longer want it remembered. Payment and Google sign-in services may use their own storage when you choose those services.
Optional analytics
toolora_vid is a random local-storage identifier for our page-view counts. Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies, commonly with lifetimes up to two years depending on settings. Microsoft Clarity may use _clck, _clsk and related identifiers for session analysis, with durations varying by identifier and configuration.
We request analytics permission before loading these analytics services. Rejecting or withdrawing permission stops future analytics on the reloaded page and removes known first-party analytics identifiers where accessible. Cookies on other domains must be managed through those providers or your browser.
Advertising and consent-platform storage
Google AdSense and its partners may use identifiers such as __gads, __gpi, IDE and test_cookie, depending on the ad mode, consent and region. These support advertising delivery, measurement and related controls. They are not all automatically permitted when you refuse consent.
Google's consent platform may store your advertising choices, including a consent string, so participating vendors can respect them. Use the advertising message's Privacy and cookie settings link when available. Our analytics banner does not grant advertising consent.
Change your choices
Use the cookie settings button on this page or in the footer to change analytics permission. Where a Google consent message is active, use its separate Privacy and cookie settings control for advertising. Clearing site data removes locally remembered choices and may prompt you again.
Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Local file tools do not require advertising or analytics cookies, but blocking account or payment storage can prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
